Returns & Shipping
Any merchandise purchased from our site will be shipped by a third-party carrier. Once packages are turned over to carrier we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered items due to incorrect address or carrier error. If, upon arrival, any part of your order is damaged, please email Emmasessence22@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number and a picture of the damage. Any inquiry must be received by Emma’s Essences & Accessories within 30 days of the purchase date (adjustable per COVID-19).
After our candles have been shipped, delivery time frames can range between 3-7 days.
Please be advised: Once product is removed from its original protective packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage due to improper handling.
